On Friday, it started to snow a bit. Dreaming of cross-country skiing I walked over to our field tunnel.
Wintergreens ready for good eating and marketing, and eventually bearing seed!
Most of the greens are crossed up brassicas I’m selecting for cold hardiness. They are divided into a few gene lines with different leaf shape.
