These are my other two favourite garlic books.

Growing Great Garlic (by Ron Engeland) was my constant companion in my early garlic years.

This book would be spread open on the straw mulch as I compared the scape size and colour with the descriptions in the book.

I read and reread select sections of the book. And then I’d read the whole book again to get ready for harvest.

This book laid the foundation of my garlic knowledge.

Then came The Complete Book Of Garlic (by Ted Jordan Meredith )

I did not expect to get another Garlic Masterpiece in my lifetime!

I haven’t read this book as often as Growing Great Garlic or A Garlic Testament, but I regularly look at the gorgeous detailed pictures for a little extra garlic insight.

I’ve got both of these open on my desk right now as I get ready for session 2 of the Garlic Grower Academy this weekend.
