This started as a spreadsheet to show you how you can harvest a crop first as a vegetable and then let it go to seed and harvest the seed too.
For leafy greens, this can often double the value of the crop or more.
But then i realised that this spreadsheet worked just as well if you were cropping multiple crops one after the other (like flipping radishes into cilantro into arugula into lettuce into …)
It’s all about the SUMIFs!
